Service has been the constant thread woven through every season of my life. And my faith inspires me to continue finding new ways to truly serve those in my life and community.

When I look back on my life, one of the greatest gifts was my mom deciding to start bringing our family to church. She led the way, became a Christian, and through those core values of faith, instilled in us everything we would need to serve others and live a life of true fulfillment. As the oldest of five siblings, I naturally stepped into a role of responsibility early on, learning how to support and care for others in both big and small ways.
That foundation carried into my teenage years and beyond. After high school, I became a youth leader at my church, mentoring junior high girls. That experience sparked something in me—I discovered how much I loved encouraging, supporting, and walking alongside others, especially women. My faith has always been my anchor, guiding how I show up every day. I believe that people are what matters most, and that belief shapes how I live, build relationships, and serve.

That foundation was tested in my own life. In my late 20s, I went through a divorce. Suddenly I felt like I was starting over again. It was a season that deepened my faith and reshaped my perspective. I learned to trust God in a new way, trusting there was a plan for me even when I didn’t know what it was. While an incredibly hard chapter of my life, it also gave me the opportunity to really focus on how I wanted to live and what matters most to me.

I started my career in customer service with Southwest Airlines before making the transition into property management. I quickly found that I loved the work, as it gave me the opportunity to help people through important, and often stressful, life transitions. Over time, I realized that same heart for service could be taken even further, which ultimately led me into real estate.
Today, I help people not just find a place to live, but a place to truly call home. I walk alongside people through pivotal moments in their lives—some exciting, others more challenging—always leading with compassion and care. Homeownership provides stability, and being part of that process is something I see as an honor. I started in new construction before transitioning into resale, giving me the ability to serve a wide range of client needs.

Real estate is the perfect fit because it aligns so closely with my purpose. My business isn’t transactional—it’s relational. I build genuine, lasting connections with my clients and stay in touch long after closing. Whether it’s celebrating milestones, sending thoughtful notes, or simply checking in, I want every person I work with to feel valued and supported. My tagline, “Serving You With Love,” truly reflects how I approach my work.
That same desire for connection also led me to start a community for women in real estate in the West Valley. After moving into a more independent role, I felt the absence of the team environments I had always known. Instead of accepting that, I created what was missing. What started as a simple coffee meetup has grown into a supportive group of women who come together to share life experiences, encourage one another, and navigate both business and personal seasons side by side. It’s been incredibly fulfilling to build something that serves others in such a meaningful way.
My life is centered around my faith, service, and family. I’ve been married to my husband since 2012, and together we’ve built a beautiful life with our daughter and stepson. I’ve embraced being a cheer mom and stay involved through school events and volunteering at church. In my free time, I love traveling—especially trips to Disneyland as a Disney Vacation Club member.
Looking back, every step of my journey—through challenges, growth, and new beginnings—has been guided by faith and a heart for service.
Real estate is a deeply personal experience, so my first step is always getting to know you: your family needs, daily routines, future plans, and what truly makes a house feel like home to you. With a background in property management and new construction, I understand the importance of matching different aspects of a home to fit your needs. From floor plans to location to the amount of work a home might need or not need—every aspect is important to consider. I enjoy walking you through your options and giving you all the information to make the best decision for you and your family.
My goal is to remove as much stress as possible from the buying and selling process. That means clear communication, constant support, and always looking out for your best interests at every step. I’m here to guide you through the entire process and be a resource you can rely on, even after closing. Because building lasting relationships and being part of your story is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
Sincerely,

Theresa Smith
