This review has been a long time coming, but Theresa did such an amazing job I needed to take the time to give her this review. About 6 months ago, Theresa helped us sell our grandmothers home while we move across country. While we were in transition, we were not able to physically care for the property because we were out of state, we had limited access to phone and internet, and my grandmother is not very tech savvy for digital signatures and documents (she doesn’t own a smart phone.) Theresa handled everything- from light work on the house, to yard care, showing the property, and even helped us navigate the stressful transference of her solar lease with a company that had been bought by another company. The thought of doing all of these things on our own would be completely overwhelming, but Theresa made the process easy, and stress free!
